Mr. Miller has been licensed to practice Land Surveying in New York State since 1988. He has been involved in the field of land surveying since 1983. Mr. Miller became associated with Badey & Watson in 1983.

Mr. Miller is a member and past President of the Westchester-Putnam Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc. He is also a member and former director of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc.
