Roy A. Burgess, P.E., L.S.

Roy Burgess, originally from New York City, opened an office in Carmel after WWII. He operated as Roy Burgess, Professional Engineer and Land surveyor until 1962. Burgess concentrated on subdivision design in the Towns of Carmel and Kent. Lake Sagamore and Seven Hills Lake in Kent, in addition to Lake Casse and Lake McGregor in Carmel are a few of the developments for which he provided both survey and engineering services
