Wilbur D. Lockwood was a professional Engineer and
Land Surveyor from the early 1900’s. When New York State instituted professional licensure in the early 1920’s, he
was granted one of the first professional licenses.
He practiced into the 1960’s in Northern Westchester, Southern Putnam, and Eastern Orange County.
