Mr. Watson has been licensed to practice Land Surveying in New York State since 1972 and in Connecticut since 1975. He has been involved in the field of surveying since 1960, including over forty-five years in and about the Hudson Valley. He has an intimate knowledge of the planning and approval process. Mr. Watson is active professionally as a member of the Westchester-Putnam Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc.,
in which he served as President. He is a member and Trustee of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc. in which he also served as President, Director and Executive Director. He is also a member of the American Congress on Surveying & Mapping.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Watson had related professional experience during his military service as an instructor of topographic computing at the Army Engineering
School and while in the employ of James C. Edgett, L.S. and Richard H. Gorr, L.S.
