Edward (Ted) Moebus resided in Garrison NY and practiced locally from 1950 until 1961 and from 1978 until 1982, when he retired to Utah. His practice was limited to Philipstown, the westernmost town in Putnam County and the incorporated villages within Philipstown (Cold Spring and Nelsonville). His practice was largely limited to small to medium-sized residential lots. For most of his professional career, Mr. Moebus worked for Lockwood Greene Engineers, from which he retired in 1978 as Executive Vice President of the firm.
